For future needs, Workgroup users can upgrade easily to the imageWARE Document Manager Enterprise Edition for more robust database storage, audit trail and reporting tools, document expiration controls, and Web-based document viewing. Also, the imageWARE Web Document Server Workgroup Edition option can be added onto the Document Manager for powerful Web-based access, including most of the functions that are available on the desktop. imageWARE Web Document Server 2002 The imageWARE Web Document Server provides Web-based access to the imageWARE Document Manager database, allowing remote or traveling users to share digital documents via a standard Web browser. It resides on an imageRUNNER device and all jobs are performed through the control panel on the device.
